"It's nice to be able to get a facial by the students. But their booking system is very upsetting. They never pick up the phone when I've called. I leave notes on the appointment concern section and they don't read them. It's only one person that is in charge of appointments from what I was told. The other dissatisfaction is that you have to wait up to 20 before you can be seen. Then they always lose your charts. They need to get organized or hire someone who can handle management."
