"I would give no stars!! Jan. 2022 I made an appt. with Bill Brown for me & my partner after a very traumatizing experience. Within half hour of meeting us he talked us into some testing. We had a conversation in front of him very concerned of the cost of it all (money). He being the therapist should have stated lets have a few more sessions and come back to the testing. After 2 more sessions we just did not feel he was the right fit for us and within 30 days we told him and requested the money back for the testing as we were not going to move forward with his treatment plan. He refused with all sort of excesses and told me when I requested the paper testing material that I paid $1750.00 for, the only thing I could do was use it to START A FIRE. I have his threats he left on my voice mail saved. I put in a dispute with my credit card co. & he sent back lies to them with a made up payment receipt stating this was nonrefundable which was never stated at that appt, plus I was never given a receipt in the office. Our appt was at 9 AM and the fake receipt he produced to my Credit card Co was posted at 12:09 PM after I was long gone. Among other things Bill used my emotional condition to try to financial EXPLOIT me. He told us the same story of him and his wife the only 2 in person sessions we had. I think he talked more about him then us. He billed my boyfriend's insurance co for a phone call with me asking for a refund that I caught. We were over charged the agreed pricing for me with no insurance to cover my sessions. I just think everyone should know the service this therapist gave us when we were there due to a traumatic experience and asking for help."
