"Got an Amazon message stating package was delivered to my front door, specifically front porch. I’ve been home all day — no delivery. Write a reply to the Amazon communication stating same. At ~9:30PM, there is an aggressive knock on my front door; we’ll lit, obvious door bell. It frightened me. I cautiously went to the door, phone in hand, ready to dial 911. Seeing a package outside the door, I opened abs took the package in. I called out — “Amazon delivery person…” “Hello….” No reply….the lot is sizable, the person had to gave run away swiftly! I call the FedEx where the package was delivered from, it goes to customer service in the Philippines and the gals there don’t know how to help. Inappropriate. Incompetent. Frustrating."
