"I haven’t been to this post office in a couple years Couldn’t remember why until I walked in the door. It was the same Rude girl working at the counter. I can’t believe she still works here. She has got the worst attitude. Why is she still working here?"

"I recently moved here and was told to fill out a card to have the postmaster reach out to me to obtain my mailbox key. It’s been a week and i have yet to receive a call. When I asked if there is a way to accelerate the process of getting my key the clerk told me that it takes months sometimes for people to get their mailbox keys because there are only two employees so (in her words) “they get to it when they get to it.” I was appalled by this response. Getting mail is a basic right and I’m expecting very important documents for court. While the staffing issue is not the clerk’s fault the post master needs to step it up and get the job done. Coming from Schaumburg I never had any issue with my mailbox key like this. It’s inexcusable. I intend to research how to escalate this issue"

"The staff was really friendly and super helpful. I've had a p.o. box there for months and anytime I have a question it's always answered to the best of their ability. My go-to post office whenever I need to send mail, pick up packages, and buy stamps."
