"Before you lie to your students that all your bad reviews are from students who failed, I never took the CNA exam and failed and my average grades in the 3 test I took at your training class, in spite of your horrible teaching skills, before I left is by no definition a failure. Beware of this place, you may not get accurate information at the time of registration that you will have to pass her class with an 80% pass mark before taking the CNA licensure class. Like me, you will most likely not be given a receipt or enrollment agreement at the time of payment and commencement that spells out the terms of payment, refund and general agreement at this training center and she does not accept credit card only cash so she has a firm grip on your money. She usually take money by Zelle and only give receipt and enrollment agreement midway through your training or weeks after with every date on the agreement reflecting the date your started the program not the date your actually signed it. She’s perfected this act of deception and you will likely have no recourse to get a refund if you decide to stop the training class. She is horrible at teaching and very rude. Also, a review mentioned that she is racist but that’s not a word I use lightly but an incident comes to my mind that buttresses this point: I remember the day I came to register, I met a light skinned lady taking a test in the registration area while there where students in the classroom area. After I registered, there was this day she decided to give a test that a dark skinned lady who missed her test, she ordered everybody in class to leave the class room area. The temperature outside was below zero and so was the entire building lobby area were she sent all the students to wait. That day I knew there was something wrong with Ms. Ace Tenorio-Baltazar upstairs. That was the last day I attended her training her class. With what I know now about this place, you can’t pay me to attend classes here much less me paying. There are way better training programs out there, do proper research and don’t be fooled just because her program is shorter in duration. If it’s shorter, you will need someone very good to tutor you not a rude, disrespectful and incompetent teacher like Ms Tenorio-Baltazar. By the way, having an RN does not make you a competent tutor."
"Mrs.Ace, I love her, she is a great teacher. She is a little hard on you but she want to make sure you gain the knowledge you need and more so you can pass your exam. Mrs.Ace your a awesome and excellent thank you Mrs.Ace teacher.. Love you❤️❤️"
"This program is an accelerated one and you can not just count on classroom leaning, but need to do lots of self-learning to reach your goal. Both Ms. Ace and Ms. Debb are professional and knowledgable in healthcare. If you are serious about what you learn, they treat you seriously and you can get lots of insights. I passed the CNA test after the program. It does help save lots of time."
"I learned alot and it was very overwhelming, but I completed the course and pushed myself more than I knew I had in me. The instructor is funny and very tough, she pushes people to become a better Human Beings. Thank you for being a great inspiration for the Healthcare careers. I also, appreciate Ms. Deb the clinical nurse, she was tough, but she wants you to be a good CNA human being angoodCNA"
"Mrs. Ace is a wonderful patient teacher! Took the CNA class a few years ago. I really hope that nurse Debbie is not longer the clinical instructor she was awful to me and another girl. She made me cry every day and would embarrass me in front of all my classmates. I was super behind on all my sign-offs. I had to have another instructor help me catch up because nurse Debbie did not care. Some people are not meant to be teachers. Mrs. Ace is great but if they put you with nurse Debbie for clinical ask to switch. Update. I appreciate the response. Nurse Debbie is more than just strict she was a bully. I was just trying to learn and I felt like I was picked out from the rest of the group."
