United delivery service

"I receive a meal kit weekly which is delivered by UDS. My ring camera has shown the driver let it drop with a thud on my front step instead of placing it gently despite it clearly being marked "Handle With Care". It is supposed to be placed in a delivery bin, that never happens either. Last week it was left upside down and could clearly read box which said "If you can read this, I am upside down!" Obviously the drivers can't read or follow directions! I never have this problem with UPS or Fed Ex."

"I would give this place ZERO stars if that was an option! My order arrived at their facility on July 26th and HAS NEVER BEEN DELIVERED!!! I have called and spoken with someone named Maryanne who conveniently told me that everyone was "out to lunch" OVER A WEEK AGO.... have heard nothing back. Is my package lost? Did someone just decide they wanted it for themselves? Either way, I'm out hundreds of dollars with ZERO explanation. Completely unacceptable business practice... I hope no one else has to have a package routed through this company."

"Denora not just settled a delivery problem, she went above and beyond to see to it she solved the problem, and saw to it my package was safe, and given to me directly!!! So kind, so professional, and quick to resolve. Jackie, as well, incredibly kind, and both of them work so well together. It made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation into one that was resolved quickly, and trustworthy. Very very impressive!!!!! Good people."
