"Trick or treat event was horrible. I paid for the trick or treating walk and signed up for a specific time only to have it be at the same time as the free event so parking was a nightmare, had to walk several blocks then was told that we had to wait in a ridiculously long line. Completely unorganized not doing any other events here. Why pay when there a r e more organized free events with no wait"

"September 13 2019, We were charged for this month of my sister’s card even though we asked for it to be canceled and were never explained the proceeding of how to cancel it. And I asked Gary Fong, the manager of the facility to refund what they took from us without permission of this month but he said no. Because he can’t do it because we didn’t cancel it. Do not go to this park. They will not steal your money and they do not let their employees provide the customers with correct information. Please if you don’t want to be charged unfairly do not go here."

"Seascape is been terrible to us. They have been rude to us since the beginning of the swimming season. If your child has a disability don't take them there. Very rude to my son and I. Very disappointed. Next year I'll take my money someplace else"
