"My daughter recently completed her driving test (for her license) with Top Driver. Karl was great- explained the process and scoring prior to the drive then did a thorough debrief afterward. My only complaint with Top Driver was trying to get behind-the-wheel sessions scheduled."

"It is IMPOSSIBLE to get in person lessons. I’ve called every week for months and all I’m told is that there is no openings. Also, I was charged an extension fee even though it is not my fault that they do not have classes available. It is an absolutely joke and whoever decides to sign their kid up should be made aware of that. They don’t tel you that classes are impossible to get. Follow up to the Top Drive’s response to my review. The claim that my son had permit for a year and I did not attempt to schedule lessons is a lie. Please check your records again. I’m not the only person complaining about the lack of in person classes, at least two other people posted about this issue as well."

She recently had a lesson with Pam K. who not only put her completely at ease during the lesson, but also completely changed my daughter’s attitude towards driving. Thank you so much! Pam is definitely a keeper! Highly recommend this instructor and this school."

"This driving school is very difficult to get in person driving lessons. I have to stalk the website to schedule appointments and repeatedly call to get them scheduled. Customer service says my best option is to just keep checking. My daughter is eligible to get her license at the end of August and now we are looking at her not to be able to get it until October because they have no appointments available through September. I would not recommend this business after our experience here. Top Driver, your long winded response with the details of my daughter’s account is irrelevant to my point. Thus far, scheduling these driving lessons has been a complete headache. I have to check the website multiple times a day and months in advance. The bottom line is your customer service does nothing to assist or accommodate paying customers."

"My daughter just got her license! She entered driver’s education during COVID. The On Demand classroom course was the perfect fit for our needs at that time. Karl B. was a great instructor for her in car experience. He was friendly and really took the time to make both of us feel comfortable with the process. My daughter has become a great driver!"
