"VERY rude and unprofessional! Rarely answers phone (called for over a WEEK straight - get voicemail and says its full). The lady who answered the phone was extremely unhelpful, rude, unprofessional, refused to give me her name and hung up. Now when I call she answers and immediately hangs up without saying anything. I was was trying to make sure a little girl was getting drug into a mess. When I kept asking was told "you'll find out soon enough" ?!?! Seriously? Clearly they dont care about the well-being of a child. (Yes its a mess even DCFS won't let the children be with the biological parents nor other courts which is why I have guardianship. Even courts have no answers because this lawyer and the VERY rude woman who did the paperwork are taking a ridiculous amount of time to serve papers so people can be prepared."
