Skipping to the headlines - they were the friendliest and most professional on the phone as I was trying to gather information to decide which company to use; they were $200 less than any other company I had called; they were the ONLY COMPANY who would guarantee the drop-off date for delivering my pod to me at my new address; I never had trouble getting someone on the phone any time I called with questions or to verify status of any aspect of the move. Also, there was a minor issue with the first pod they gave me for my move and when I called the next day to ask them to fix it, they were at my house within hours to do so. On arrival in my new home, my pod was delivered on time and without issue - all my items were safe and undisturbed from the journey. I will undoubtedly use them for future moves given how professional and seamless this first experience was. I read a lot of reviews of other self move / pod-type companies and saw endless negative reviews based on chaotic and unreliable service and the inability to actually speak to someone when you needed something. Moving is complex enough without having to worry about when and in what condition your items will arrive in your new home. Thank goodness for U-Pack as they truly made my move easy and perfectly timed!"
