"They have been refusing to close my account and stop auto delivery for months. I go through the account closing process and stop auto delivery, then randomly it'll start backup and they continue to charge me. I reach out to them on the phone before the meals ship and they refuse to stop the order or issue a refund, then place on hold for awhile and disconnect the calls. I have been charged 100s of dollars over the past several months. Including disputing charges through my bank. This has been endless frustration."

"Can I give zero, or better, negative stars? The idea is great on paper: seemingly high quality freshly made, never frozen meals delivered to your door... That's how they get you in... Then the meal selections become only a few that you can eat from, if you are following a certain diet such as keto, no red meat, no pork, vegetarian.... The worst part is that they do NOT disclose the ingredients clearly, so you may end up eating meat when you thought you selected vegetarian meals... And the delivery starts becoming no delivery while they increase the prices... Work with your local restaurants for delivery, the way you like, when you want it.."

"I was skeptical since other prepackaged delivery food has been unsat, but Factor is doing it right. It's easy to sign up. Every week, they provide a variety of selections from which to choose, and every week I get foods that are full of flavor! It saves me from ordering garbage fast food, it saves me having to buy and cook a bunch of food for one that I seldom finish. The Factor serving sizes are perfect. Only complaint I've ever had is too many dishes have green beans, and I have to skip all those since that's not a veggie I eat - otherwise it's all good."

"This is a conflicting review bc I’m torn but need to put out there the serious issues. First the good-very tasty meals, great variety, timely delivery, easy to use app & good customer service. The bad…VERY bad-almost every delivery I get there is at least one unsealed meal that I have to throw out. It’s happened SIX times now. So quality control and health safety is of major concern. They always refund me but I’m out the meal(s) I counted on & most importantly I could have gotten sick if I didn’t check the seal closely!! So check your meals! I’m hanging on by a thread with Factor."

"Pleasantly surprised! I was skeptical about the food being flavorful but it actually was. It was as flavorful as home cooked meals but for sure more than frozen meals. All the recipes I tried were tasty. I actually love their Gouda Cauliflower “grits”. It’s so good I’m going to make it myself. My first box was $98 for 20 meals which was a steal. However, if I would have continued my subscription I would have been paying $207 per box of 18 meals. $800+ per month on meals is insane and that doesn’t cover breakfast and/or snacks. My box was packaged beautifully and I have no complaints with that. I did run into an issue, which customer service promptly answered the phone and refunded a portion of my money back to my card. WARNING: the food is insanely high in Saturated fat, Sodium, and Cholesterol. If you are ok with this and the price, I say go for it."
