Walmart Grocery Pickup

"Most times, the pickup is relatively quick and easy with no mistakes. However, there have been a handful of times where I've sat there for 30/45 minutes to get my groceries and have had less than a half hour to cancel my substitutions. Never buy fruit from here; they will always give you the stuff that's about to rot."

"I have been disappointed twice with Walmart pickup. This last time was awful. I was never notified that my food was ready and I was scheduled for the last pickup time. They closed the pickup and the manager told me I should have known to just come, regardless that their app was telling me it as still being prepared. She said I needed to check-in with them and call them to check on my food. It is not their job to notify me, but my job to call and check with them. Nothing was said about the department forgetting to notify me at all or not picking up when I called, several times. I was told that pickup works by simply driving up at my time, regardless what the app is telling me and I should know that. This was a manager."

"They use of single bags for pop or cans of heavy objects. Handles ripped on bags also the beef pies by Maria calendar, We’re smashed in in one side. Bananas are always turning quick."

"Items were missing from my order and I was denied the option to return for these items. It was a great inconvenience because I had to go purchase these for an event the next day. Guess from now forward the employee will have to wait while I check my order."
