"My trash can was stolen almost 6 months ago and still has not been replaced. They sometimes fail to pick up the trash. When calling, I get the run-around as to when it will be picked up."

"They've been running routes in my neighborhood on Friday mornings from 2 am - 4 am.....they wake us up every single time. I don't have them and this doesn't make me want to have them."

"I wish I could give 0. It is bad business to pay for weekly service, to get skipped constantly and be forced to house trash for a whole weekend until they can get around to picking our trash up. This week's excuse was "a road was closed due to a storm" I told the receptionist it isn't the only road to my house ..mind yall the town that leads to my house had its trash picked up, all the people on THE SAME ROAD as mine, were not affected. Because the road adjacent to mine was closed, they could not bother with mine or my neighbors trash. BOTH of us are just piling trash outside. This happened last Thursday. It is now MONDAY and they say they will not get to us until Tuesday. That is 6 days, then they say they will come again Thursday, so they don't need to prorate....mind you that is not a WEEK after Tuesday. That is just extra work for the driver for maybe two trashbags worth of trash. The week they decided not to pick up, I had my fridge break so I have 2 weeks of trash, and a WHOLE FRIDGE worth of rotted food sitting by my garage. Every holiday they skip our house....any excuse they can make they skip us. This company is greedy, and terrible. We have fired this company before, in a different town. Turns out no matter where you move in southern illinois, you get the same awful service from these guys. Good job, you guys win at SUCKING."

"They have not picked up trash several times and each time I have to contact them and I have never received an apology or credit even though I pay for weekly pickup. I have only had them for a little over a year and my bill as of today has gone up again! First time was a five dollar hike and now an odd $4.23 hike. They never give you a notice of any increase and it is a slap in the face to keep raising rates when you don't even pick up weekly like you are supposed to. I am done with this company."

"Don’t even deserve 1 star. They have no understanding for what their customers go through. Waited til I was 90 days late to call me. When I called to pay the bill I was informed my cans were being picked up (even though they destroyed my 2 trash cans and wanted me to pay over $200 to pick up TRASH! Because those didn’t cost them any money so why should they care?) manager was very rude to me. I was a customer for years and that doesn’t matter I guess. If they try to take me to court I will counter sue for them destroying my cans and for the way I was treated on the phone. You lost a customer that does normally pay their bill to be an a**hole to them. Also, I don’t think I need to say much more because their reviews speak for themselves."
