"It started out well for us pre-Covid. We noticed the coaches didn't stick around for my kids to know their names. We would show up to lessons to find out my son's coach quit. They canceled our lesson without informing us. This happened 2x and other times we weren't informed that the coach changed their schedule. I finally pulled my son out and requested a refund on my swim package. It's been a month and they are still processing the refund. They just told me today that they will go to the bank to process when they have enough refunds to process. So there is no telling when I will see my money. They told me initially that they send checks once a month."

"My son was looking for a private instructor to teach him to swim before leaving for Marine bootcamp. He was connected with Jim who did a fabulous job! Jim tailored a program just for my son. The skills and confidence my son gained can't be described in words. He passed the swimming test with flying colors and none of that would have been doable with Jim."

"June 2023 was my second year coming here for morning lap swimming. Excellent pool, clean facilities, hot showers, and friendly, helpful staff who've generously accommodated me. And so, I really don't "get" the negative reviews...Is this some kind of political agenda to discredit a decent business? God willing, I'll be back in 2024! Thanks again to DSC for accommodating me! "The instructors are great, but the management and front desk is terrible. My daughter's group class instructor was changed without any notice. Manager Abby is just a waist of time. I have no idea how she is still working there. I will be looking for another swimming place. Nobody answers emails or phones."
