"Too bad i didn't do my homework and read all the reviews !!!! People are telling the truth. You pay a lot of money for their classes and scheduling in vehicle class (driving) is a nightmare!!!! I cant believe they allow only 2 days a week with hours 12-1pm!!!! Most of the students are high-school kids, how in the world are they going to drive 12-1 pm please make me understand their concept. They are very strict about their timing - kids cant be late for the class- which i totally understand, yet the teacher finishes his class 15 minutes early kicking out the kids from the facility. Kids were waiting for their parents outside the building in the cold weather! If I could i would give them 0 stars. Very Disappointing!! EDIT: I received an email to call and schedule lessons anytime. Which i did and they told me I have to wait over a month - till January 12th to schedule in vehicle driving online! This school is a JOKE!!!!"
"This class is a MAJOR W!!! Mr Saadiq is one of the bots and I VERY MUCH enjoy his classes. I was unable to walk at a young age but when I saw Mr Saadiq I jumped up and gave him a standing ovation. A truly inspirational teacher!"
"DO NOT USE TOP DRIVERS, THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE, YOU WILL BE WASTING $500 DOLLERS WITH LOTS OF STRESS. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Top Driver requires customers to pay in full upfront and does not offer refunds. Once payment is made, customers are bound by the company's terms and conditions. We had difficulties securing appointments for in-car driving due to Top Driver's flawed system. As paying customers, we were expected to remember to register for upcoming classes every 2nd Monday of the month. We would stay up until past midnight just to register, but as soon as we logged in at 12:01AM, all the classes were fully booked. We found it hard to believe that all the classes could be booked in just one minute. Despite reaching out to customer service for assistance, we were met with poor attitudes and unhelpful advice to try again next month. We wasted seven months and our hard-earned money, but were unable to complete the course. It was not worth it. Due to the immense stress we experienced, we decided to switch to another driving school. However, we were informed that our son would need to start all over again, costing us an additional $400. We had been trying to schedule state-required drives for months with no luck. Fortunately, the new driving school was more accommodating and worked with us to schedule lessons. We now have a clear idea of when our son will have class. We strongly advise against using Top Driver as they are unreliable and will cause you to waste $500 with added stress. We recommend looking for another driving school instead."
"Spare yourself some stress and save your money; do not enroll your child in Top Driver. We enrolled our daughter in the program, paying $650 for 30 hours of in class and 8 hours of behind the wheel lessons. The in class sessions were straightforward, but getting behind the wheel classes has been an absolute nightmare. They open up the calendar for booking, every 2nd Tuesday of the month at 12PM, allowing only 2 reservations per month for the following month, 15 days apart. If you sign in at 12:01, you will be guaranteed NO reservation. The instant you open the site, the classes are either all booked or unavailable. The chances of winning a lottery are better! When I called to complain, I was told that in order to find more times, I had to call every day to check for cancellations. So Top Driver expects that you drop everything to make calling them a priority. I was also told that they lost instructors due to the pandemic and new ones are in training. While I understand the difficulties this situation has created, Top Driver makes no effort to limit the number of students enrolled to match the availability of in-vehicle sessions. Why were we promised in vehicle classes knowing well that they could not provide us the service within the time frame? Now they want to charge us an extra $150 for any incomplete classes for no fault of ours. In my opinion this is a fraudulent business scamming busy parents and kids in the Bartlett area. I have asked a full refund on the in vehicle classes we were not able to complete due to unavailability of slots. If I am not reimbursed, I will not hesitate to report this place to the BBB. More to be updated pending the final outcome. Response to owner reply: The response by the owner below does not take responsibility for the shortcomings of their program. We would have been on track to complete the program if we were guaranteed 2 classes per month. We signed up starting September, and by December we should have had 8 classes in. For the month of December we found only one opening. We were able to sign up for only 3 classes till date. How do you suggest we would be able to get 5 more slots by the end of the year?"
