"If I could give this post office 0 stars I would. Every time I go up there with a question, the workers are beyond rude for no reason at all. Just went up there and asked the worker if I could get my packages that are supposed to be delivered tomorrow and he did not want to even try and look. The workers here are always miserable and I don't deserve the attitude when I come in there and am nice. If I didn't live in Herrin, I definitely wouldn't use this post office. Find some nicer workers."

"Nothing but problems and suspicious activity with this post office. During the holidays last year, my wife and I had over $100 dollars in gift cards that never reached their destination. One card was opened with a gift card missing. This post feeds the Freeman Spur office that has been nothing short of a joke as far as reliability and service. Fortunately, we will be switching to West Frankfort to try for better and more reliable service."

"A Christmas gift was crammed into my large mailbox. We couldn’t get it out because it was wedged in. My husband had to cut the packing box and retrieve the gift. I took it to thus PO and age clerk sarcastically replied, “ It went in!” And I told her it surely wasn’t coming out!"

"Honestly doesn't even deserve a 1 star. A package I've been waiting on for almost a month now was finally out for delievery, I was unaware that the sender required a signature. It was only a key chain. So a sorry we missed you slip was posted on my door on October 6th. There was a QR code on the back to schedule redelivery or pick up. I chose pick up at local post office so I didn't waste my day waiting around. I went to the post office October 7th to be told it was on the truck. I told her I chose the option to pick it up. In the employees words "they don't look at that." At this point im thinking why is this even an option then. I proceed to tell her now I'll miss the truck because I've been waiting here in line. She tells me she told the driver to just leave it in my box. So I get home and sure enough I have another im sorry we missed you slip. I go back up there and they haven't returned yet and no cares are given by the staff."
