"Don't waste your time trying to get a package anymore. I used to pick up large items and tires because it's hard to turn around at my shop but zero customer service and nobody at office anymore even during times posted"
"Absolutely horrible service! Driver claimed he couldn't deliver my package because I wasn't home yet I was home all day waiting on my package. He failed to knock so I was never notified until I saw the note he left which I didn't have to sign for my package. Then called the hub with a promise of a return phone call and that never happened. I called the 1-800 number 3 times to be told that they couldn't deliver until the following business day. What a joke. What is the point of 2 day delivery when the drivers are completely incompetent. The lack of customer service and integrity is pathetic. Everything that goes through their delivery service arrives broken, late, or it gets lost."
"Even with their odd business hours of 4pm to 6pm I was able to pick up my snakes shortly after they arrived"
"They conveniently lost my $1,200 Gaming Laptop right before Christmas. They openly admitted it had been checked in at this location, but said they couldn't help me locate it. I had to get a refund from Best Buy, and purchase a different model. Highly inconvenient. Awkward!"
"This ups has killed my dog, today 2/7/23 A ups driver was doing drop offs in Benton mo around 5pm and hit my dog. Didn’t bother to stop. He/she killed her immediately on impact. Kinda gory but there was blood everywhere, people yelling to stop. No even a bat of the eye was made."
