"West gate is a joke. These ppl need to be fired. Been here 3 hours waiting to unload. The truck in the only door has been here 6 hours and they haven’t even started unloading him. Some people should be ashamed of themselves."
"In and out between a hour, Very friendly staff. Good thing is they open 24/7. Lady at security was so nice and friendly. Its a big facility, its so easy to maneuver to docks as well. All in all it was very good experience at this facility."

"Got here with a live load. Checked in at entrance with Security. Security assigned the dock. I backed into the dock they started unloading me right away. I was in and out in less than hour. Good experience overall. Plant is pretty big, finding the dock was a little hard. Everything worked out as planned. Good place to deliver especially for me."
