"I had stopped in their new business in Carbondale to see if they could service my Scag mower. The very polite guy working told me that they didn't have all of the equipment needed to service mowers yet but he suggested that I take it to their shop in Pinckneyville. I decided to give them a try since it was a lot closer to my house than the Scag dealer that I always use. Since my mower won't currently run, I struggled to get it on the trailer by myself. Once I finally got it loaded, I drove the 20 minutes to Pinckneyville. I get to the shop and I start explaining to Billy what the problem is with the mower. He stops me and asks me a few questions including, "Did you buy it here?". When I said no, that I bought it used, he became even more disinterested in what I was saying. Billy finally looked at me and said that he didn't know what was wrong, that he would just have to look at it. I said that I understand and asked if I could leave the mower there. Billy replied, "No, I already have 5 here." Billy made it very clear that he didn't want my business. I took the mower directly to the, always helpful, folks at KB Outdoors. I had really hoped that SILL was going to work out for me because it was much more convenient for me since it was so much closer to my house. I don't leave this poor review lightly. I just wanted to let people know not to waste their time taking their mower there, like I did."
