"Very respectful always told everything upfront helped me get custody of my son and grandson"
"He's a shady lawyer,.he went to court claiming I hadn't sent him a check 3weeks prior and asked for a body attachment warrant..the sheriff refused to take me to jail because he seen the certufied check leaving my account. In court my bank statement proved total payment proved it was recived. He was told to go back to his office and find the check. A few hours later it magically appeared. Like I said...SHADY DO NOT DO BUSINESS"
"* I would put no stars. Not an option. Make sure you read the fine print. Stay on them about your bill. Make sure you are being charged correctly. Know your rights before talking. Don't allow your wants and needs to be taken from you because they say it's the best way. Is it really ? Fact check."
"A few years ago Mr. Gozia took my case for driving while suspended, the catch was I was stopped on July 5th and my suspension was up on July 3rd (holiday weekend of course) so no DMV’s were open. I was unaware that driving on the 5th would mean my license was still not valid since I didn’t receive a new one from the DMV until a very thirsty Clinton County sheriff saw my truck with tinted windows and opted to stop me on my way from the grocery store. The officer of course allowed my drunken girlfriend to drive my truck home because her brother went to high school with him but me, the sober guy who went through his 6 month suspended but failed to get a new license due to a closed DMV/holiday weekend, was not allowed to drive home. Instead I was given tickets for driving on suspended and tinted windows which brings me to Mr. Gozia. I lived out of state at this time and was home that weekend visiting family. After receiving the tickets I called my original attorney for the DUI I was given in 2012 and he informed me that he recently retired but pointed me toward Mr. Gozia. Mr. Gozia had no trouble asking me for a cold $1,000 in cash only but apparently only on the 3rd 3 hour trip back to Clinton County and my final court appearance with him did he even open up a book and see what he could do. To which he did nothing. I was convicted on driving on suspended while I actually had the right to drive 2 days prior to being stopped. Seems like a racket between the state and county to get more money out of folks from out of state is all to me. I believe Mr. Gozia made some deals with the states attorney and I was sacrificed for a better deal for another client. We all know that’s how the game is played. Mr. Gozia is lazy, do not waste your time or money with him unless you have a last name that’s prominent in Clinton County."
"My attorney hired Wes to serve as the Guardian Ad Litem for my custody case. It didn’t take long to realize that this was a big mistake. Not only did he not return calls and emails (EVER), but he never once had the best interest of my kids in mind. He seemed like it was more of a popularity contest for him because, from what I could tell, anytime my ex would ask to speak to him, he would be at her beck and call. I explained to him, on several occasions the history of abuse (physical and emotional) and neglect of my ex and it all seemed to fall on deaf ears. I also explained to him that I have been present in the lives of my kids from day one and, once the kids became more self sufficient, their “mom” wants to fight for time and money. Again, something that Mr. Gozia decided to overlook. I’m not 100% sure he wasn’t influenced by outside sources, if I’m being completely honest. Now that our case is wrapped up, thanks to MY attorney, things are headed in the right direction for me and my kids’ relationships. I can only speak for myself but, if you want an attorney who will work for you and is not a pushover, I would turn and run from this guy!"
