"We hired 1up Food Truck and Catering for our daughter's wedding reception (about 100 people) held at our remote cabin. Nick and Pedro were GREAT! The food was spectacular - and they catered to both meat lovers and vegetarians. They met with us multiple times before the event to make sure the logistics were well coordinated. And during the reception they went above and beyond - helping to bus tables, ensure guests had enough to eat, and make sure beverages were served.
