"Divers are always passing my house and delivering my packages to my neighbor. Update your GPS or get new ones. When everyone else searches it, it puts it right on my house. I even got a log with my name on it by my car port and they still drive past it."

"I hope I never have a package be delivered by this store location ever again. Ups needs to fix there options for for delivery issues. Pay more money or call a store that can’t even get ahold off."

"Had something ordered from ATT, the item i was supposed to get wasnt in the box.. the box was so badly damaged, that it was taped up to keep the box together. I went into the UPS store they told me that they can't help me, and its basically not there problem, and i had to go to the UPS hub, that is located in festus.. I brought the box to them Monday, i haven't even heard anything back from them.. so basically if you are ordering anything from any cellphone company, please dont let them send anything to you personally have them ship it to the store"

"The driver refused to deliver the package when I was home because there were two dogs outside. The dogs in question are labrador retriever puppies. The driver did not get out of their car, did not attempt to ring the doorbell, and did not get in contact. It was raining that day so that also might be the reason why they refused to get out of the car. When I got in contact with customer service, the woman asked if the reason why I was angry was "because my roommate didn't answer the door." I do not have a roomate and I contacted the individual who I bought the package from. This was all on UPS and is some of the worse customer service I have ever recieved."
