"I mailed a pkg from MN to Millstadt for a Christmas gift. They "attempted" a delivery on 12/23/22 & couldn't due to no access?? Not sure what that would have been! Haven't tried a repeat delivery as of today 12/29/22! Yesterday phone was off hook all day, today they just wont answer! Can even complain to useless POSTMASTER WALTER RICH because has same number!!!"

"Horrible service. They leave the phone off the hook every single day. Several of the employees seem uninterested in doing their job well. I constantly get my neighbors’ mail and my mail goes missing often. A new carrier started about 6 months ago and he refuses to take our outgoing mail. He’s terrible and doesn’t seem to care if he’s doing his job well."
