"I was involved in the same matter as another reviewer, but had a very different experience. Despite statements to the contrary, Hud's fees were very reasonable and he could have probably charged our HOA more considering all of the dialogue/advice given regarding the collection of a delinquent assessment. Hud's work allowed our HOA to fully collect the delinquent assessment when all other attempts at collection had failed. If our HOA finds itself in the same situation regarding delinquent fees in the future, it will certainly use Hud's services."
