"As of right now this company is terrible. I got denied twice with them, had minimal interaction with anyone. In the beginning they called to reel me in of course, now I have no idea what’s going on other than I may have to see a judge in 9-18 months. I may lose my house and everything I’ve worked for by then off false promises. If they get me awarded before that happens I’ll change my review, as of now this is where I’m at. I have numerous conditions I don’t think whoever is working my case is submitting proper documentation. I’m very sick and this company is making me worse."
"They are very rude and very disrespectful. I would never recommend anybody to use them to help them with Social Security find a different company. They will never call you to inform you any updates. They never answer your phone calls. any paperwork coming from Social Security? You have to fill it out on your own. Even if you are having problems with the paperwork. They will not help you whatsoever, but they do know how to collect your money."
"Been sick my whole life, heart conditions, breathing conditions, immune deficiency, countless diagnosis physically and even diagnosed autism, PTSD, ADHD, and panic disorder. I’m still being tested like a lab rat on a monthly basis. I’ve been fired from job after job from needing too much time off/not having a stable schedule. You’d think with multiple doctors and specialists referring me to alls up and having their backing for me to get disability I’d be able to have their support. But 30 is “too young” and I just need to get a desk job. Well. If anyone can find me a desk job that doesn’t care about me having zero consistency with my schedule let me know since I seem to be just not applying myself hard enough applying for 20+ jobs a week that will never hire someone so sick. Young = healthy I guess. Don’t waste time filling out 20+ hours of paperwork if you’re young, it’s automatic denial for them. It’s actually cruel to put someone through all that you know is sick when you’re going to be disqualified on age alone. I had hope for the first time in easily a decade that maybe I won’t have to hate myself for being still dependent on my widowed mother. I spoke to multiple people before spending hours on paperwork who encouraged me to put in the work. So I did. I had hope. To lead someone on like that who is absolutely desperate is sick."
"I filed for SSD by myself, 6 months later my long term disability suggested I work with them. I got one phone call and 2emails in 6months. I followed up with SS myself. I was approved and they didn't even know. I send them my award letter and a week later I get an email I'm approved. Now 2months later I get a phone call the gentleman told me my case is still pending. I told him I was approved and sent the letter in November. I refuse to send it again. You did nothing to help me or follow up."
"If you have an automatic qualifying condition for disability, do not use Allsup. My condition is qualifying. Hands-down. The only people who benefit are the insurance companies. When you get your disability, if you are in long-term disability, your last month will have let’s say 1/4 the money The following month he will get your full payment. How is this beneficial to me? I should’ve gotten a lawyer."
