"Please be aware that he will block you and run off with your money. From the beginning Mark was horrible with communication. Never answer calls, texts or emails. For months we were trying to get in contact with him, no answer, and this was after we paid him $7,500!! Needless to say, he blocked our contacts and ran off with our money.
