"I’ve had multiple deliveries from Pottery Barn recently with Fidelitone and have had a great experience. Scheduling is easy and I received multiple follow up communications leading up to the delivery time. The employees that made the delivery were friendly and fast. Did a great job building all of the furniture and took all of the trash."

"Fidelitone is a company that I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH, nor will I purchase from a company that uses them for their "white glove" delivery service. They failed to deliver as promised, and were rude and indifferent when it came to rescheduling. I could go on and on about their downfalls, hate to give them one star even. Maybe Google could give a "falling star" for companies to avoid.... I ended up cancelling my order with the company I purchased from. A disappointment for them??? Maybe...."

"Terrible experience through Pottery Barn/West Elm. Two deliveries in total and they included a broken chair, a desk cabinet door installed backwards and fingerprints on the fabric chairs. Ever since Covid, customer service and the customer experience has gone down the drain with many companies. People don’t care anymore and they don’t take pride in what they do. The leadership at Fidelitone seem to lack the ability to properly motivate and ensure their employees perform their jobs correctly. The leadership doesn’t care so why should the front line teams care? I’ll close by saying this crushes Pottery Barn/West Elm brand in the St. Louis market. I’ll never have another item delivered by this combo of companies again."

"This company should rename themselves to Fidelifail. I scheduled a William Sonoma delivery, had a delivery window of 7:30AM to 9:30AM. 9:30AM came and went, no phone call, no text, nothing. I had to spend an hour on the phone trying to figure out where all the furniture was only to be told the truck broke down. Sure, ok. The only way this place stays in business is with "white glove" deliveries from businesses. Now I will call William Sonoma and get my $499 delivery charge refunded and it makes William Sonoma look bad for even contracting with a company like this. So, if you see this company on your last mile delivery, good luck and don't expect any communication. Maybe my furniture will show up at some point in one piece, we shall see after I reschedule this failed no communication delivery."

"I had a terrific experience with Fidelitone. They were super helpful and friendly on the phone. They provided me with a two hour delivery window the day before and called when they were available to deliver early, I was happy to receive the delivery early. Then the movers were friendly, fast, and did a great job moving things in and assembling them. My kids asked 100 questions and he took the time to answer each one. He even pointed out what looked to be a color discrepancy on the furniture to be sure it was what I ordered. I thought they really did an excellent job!"
