"Employees 5 Starr. USPS answering service prompt-recordings=BIG FAT ZERO. Tried for 2 days to be a good citizen and return a package that was not mine. TOTALLY UWORTHLESS WAIST OF MY TIME."
"Staff is always polite and attentive. No complaints there. However...having a post office that is only open while every other working person is also working and closes before anyone is able to come in is not very useful. Even at lunch time, they are closed. If you work a regular job there isn't a single time during the week you are able to use the post office. If you happen to be free Saturday mornings...that's your day. Unfortunately for me, I'm busy then too. Fund them properly so they are open appropriate hours, or consolidate the post office in Plains with another post office that has real hours."
"The employees are great. The hours are ridiculous. Should be open until noon on Saturdays and five on weekdays."
"I love the woman that works at the post office. She’s always a nice and helpful person when I’ve been there. I just reall really wish they would change/extend some hours. If you have the usual 8:00-4:00 job then you can even receive packages and if you do get them firming the week you’ll have to wait till Saturday and wake up early on your weekend cause it’s only open for an hour and a half at 8. So if you’re expecting something that day you may as well forget about that cause it won’t be open when it’s there and ready. What really sucks for me right now is, I know I have it in there but I can’t get my package tmrw cause it’s sunday. Or Monday, I assume, cause it’s MLK day. I really really hope they can take into consideration the work and hours of other schedules of their renters of the mail boxes."
"Saturday hours are a joke, Hour and a half, what's the point. Never get packages on the due date. They arrive at the post office but doesn't get put out till the next day or when they want to do it. Worthless."
