"At first I thought I had finally found a lawyer that understood not just the law but the people he represented. I found out that as I went along not only did he care nothing for me and my case it was all just about dragging his feet and running up a tab. He would consistently lie about what he was going to do or file then later when it was not done try to say it was me that wasn't sure if I wanted to file that or do that and when I tried to fire him he threatened to withdrawal my case from the court if I did causing me to have to start all the way back at square one. So hire at your own risk and hopefully you have deep pockets cause you will be paying 2 to 3 times what this lawyer and his firm are worth. If I had it to do all over again I would not even consider this guy and spend my money on an actual good attorney."

I thought that I was gonna be a felon on probation even jail time, I thought my life was ruined. Derek actually got my case thrown out in less than a month I was in shocked still am!! Not only did he get my keys thrown out and dismissed I got my bond back within a week.
