"Horrible experience! I had an appointment for an elderly relative on 11/30/22 at 1:45pm at the 8941 S. Western office. Because I had never been there before I did not see the building. I called from outside to let them know I was there. Some ridiculously rude person name Jenny answered the phone. I told Jenny I was here , she directed me to the building, asked for the patient's name and appointment time, then put me on hold for 3-4 minutes. She came back to the phone announcing that the doctor is sick today and not in the office. I was shocked! I asked why no one contacted me to cancel/reschedule the appointment. Her response was "I don't know whether they did or didn't." So of course I told her again that no one called. She brushed past that and asked "would you like to reschedule?" I could not believe her abrasiveness. She offered no apology, no empathy for me driving all the way from the south suburbs, no nothing, other than a flippant "I could care less attitude." Once we rescheduled (which I have every intention of canceling based on my experience and these other reviews...thank you guys for writing them), I said to Jenny "you know, you have yet to apologize for your office not canceling this appointment in advance." Her response..."I'm sorry the doctor is out sick today." Again, shock & dismay. I told her that I was not asking for an apology for the doctor being out sick (Which I do not believe by the way. It does not take several minutes to tell someone that the doctor is out sick. You would say that from the outset.). We all get sick, but check the appointments and notify the patients in advance. So then she offers a flippant, disingenuous "I apologize." Completely unreal! I had to pull teeth to get an acknowledgement that their office was negligent, and then there was nothing sincere about that acknowledgement. If this is any indication of the service I would strongly advise anyone reading this to spare yourself the frustration and find another psychiatrist. If I could post without clicking any stars I would. And by the way, I seldom write reviews because I do not have time. But this experience was so horrendous I wanted to spare anyone else if possible."

"This place is terrible. I would not even pay someone to go here. It is mind boggling how all these people have jobs and how this place is still opened. The doctor and other employees are so rude and never answer the phone. Also, you would think people in the mental health field would try to help and side with patients but it is the complete opposite. Do yourself a huge favor and never waste your time and money in this dumpster fire of a place. They are lucky to be receiving one star because this place deserves negative stars!"

"This doctor should not be working with people with mental health issues. Respectfully, his workers are rude, and so was he. This place has terrible service, and this place should not be in business. They never answer the phones, and this is not how service should be provided. They do not provide holistic care or good care in general. If you care about yourself do not go here!"

"Terrible services, as someone with mental health issues the doctor lets employees disrespect clients. When spoken to the doctor about employee laughing at me he said “I doubt that happened” and suggested me to find a new doctor instead of confronting the employee. This office is very hard to get ahold of and would rather side with an employee than to apologize for any issues occurred. If your appointment is at a specific time expect to wait in waiting room for over an hour. If I could rate a 0 I would."
