"Update: I am changing my rating and leaving my original review here. I am admitting I was completely wrong. East Alton Wood River High School failed my child on this, NOT Jostens. My other child who is a senior just found his brother's tankard in the end of year THRIFT thing for the High School. I had called the school looking for this tankard almost 3 YEARS AGO. They said Jostens didn't send it. So instead of the school handing it to my kid because it has his NAME ON IT, they decided to throw it in the lost and found. Advice to Jostens: you may want to hand these out yourself. EAWR is NOT dependable to hand it out and it looks bad on your company when you 100% gave me exactly what I ordered. The school just couldn't be bothered to give it to my son. That's pathetic. Mrs. Robinson is getting an email from me after I finish this. Still waiting for someone to respond to me about my missing items in my order. If you call this office, you can't get through. If you email, they don't respond. My son's order was messed up and put under his middle name instead of last name and I can't get ANYONE to respond to me. Deciding on what my next step will be since I'm not getting what I paid for."
