Save yourself time, money, and emotional pain and go see a psychiatrist who will listen to you and not cut you off when you’re sharing detailed information that could be critical in a diagnosis for successful treatment!"

"Horrible experience, made my symptoms worse. I don't even think she tried to diagnose me properly, just a pill pusher. Easy to get any adderall if you need it. Except it made me miserable. Then prescribed me medication that made me puke everyday. Worst doctor I've ever seen I think its time for her to retire. Also left me with a huge bill. Doesn't care about her patients."

"Dr. Vivar was 45 minutes late for my 2nd and 3rd appointments. I walked out when she did not show for the 3rd appointment. Furthermore, the medication she prescribed for me on my first visit in fact made my symptoms worse. When I indicated this to her on my 2nd visit, her solution was to prescribe me a stronger dosage of the same medication. Which made the problems even worse. Completely insensitive and unprofessional."

"Dr. Vivar is a terrible doctor. She cares nothing about you all she cares about is her retirement, and you paying. She is lazy, doesnt care about your problems. She is the worst psychiatrist I've ever been to. Avoid not only her, but her entire office too."

"Dr.Vivar is very kind to me, however, I've been trying to have her refill a prescription for me for a week now. I started with a 30mg dosage of something in June I tried it for a month, and it worked well for me but I thought I just needed a little extra dosage. I tried 60mgs for two days in July and felt incredibly overmedicated so I called Dr. Vivar right away. So She kept telling me to call my pharmacy to have them call her for the refill. Every time I've called the pharmacy they keep telling me the request has been denied. Which is incredibly frustrating seeming that I just spoke to her about this so recently. I spoke with her in regards to this a week ago and I followed her instruction. How could there be a problem? Now, after calling the people who handle her phones, I am beyond disgusted with the way I was spoken to and treated. They were not listening to what I had to say, questioned where my medication was, and were over all entirely not professional. The girl who I spoke to on the phone said her name was Shannon. Shannon, this ones for you. Not only have you caused me to write a poor review on this doctor, but you also have cost this doctor a patient. I will not be coming back. I'm canceling all upcoming appointments. You work in a psychiatrists office. Start making some changes by being more kind to people dealing with mental illnesses. Listen, be patient, have some respect."
