"Just look at this 99 website and really look. This guy can't even help himself from being ignorant on his home page. Clearly, he does not seem to want new customers if any kind. I would have never even had to make this review had I checked the website first. Your choice, buy why out money in someones pocket that us so down and negative about the world. I recently have been looking to purchase another legal firearm. I don't refer to buying local when possible and remember an experience I had at PK arms when my girlfriend was looking. Long story short, our buying attempt was anything put pleasant. I am a local guide, so I do attempt to review most good and bad experiences the best I can. This owner was TRULY the most self-centered, impolite business owner I may have ever spoken to. Your money can be spent elsewhere and appreciated. He may have his "truly local" customers he is friends with, but even a Wilmington DL puts you way out of that category. Give the business to a shop that needs and appreciates it. I was with my girlfriend and her two young children at the time. Heed my advice and don't give this guy your money or the satisfaction of ripping you off. You can not possibly find a worse business owner than him. This would be my fort google request for 0 stars"

"Bought a .22 from here. Went straight to the range and it kept jamming. So with in the same hour took it back. He tried it himself and it also jammed on him. Said not only will I be charged a restocking fee but a depreciation charge as well. Cost me over 100 dollars to return it."

"Sold a defected gun. He even tried it out and saw that it jammed. He Wouldnt return it. Was able to buy another gun and put money towards that but had to pay a restocking fee on the defected gun. Ended up costing 150 dollars between the difference and the restocking fee. When he saw it was jamming repeatedly he said just to work with it. It's to bad because he lost a few customers over this. My son got me and my Mom into guns and after finding this out no way would I go there. Very disappointed."
