"Absolutely the best Dr. Walczyk and NP Elsa! They DO NOT judge their patients- The staff is extremely nice, answers calls or messages right away- if there is ever a time I need to talk to anyone the Dr. or NP calls back right away. You wont be disappointed with this Doctor and his practice."
"Awesome Dr! does not judge patients and treats their disorders accordingly. if you have had bad experience with other doctors I recommend seeing this one"
"I saw this doctor for years when I had many issues going on he started out nice and then when I shared with him my feelings about certain things like getting raped my house catching on fire and getting totaled my dog dying in my house that was on fire and he kept telling me that I shouldn't feel the way that I do. Unfortunately a lot of things happen in my family a lot of deaths have occurred almost every year in my family. While crying my eyes out in his office he told me to "just get over it" how can a psychiatrist who listens to your issues ever tell a patient to get over it to get over me being right to get over losing everything I own including my precious dog that was like a child to me and I'm supposed to just get over it. So I got into an argument with him one day in his office because I was sick and tired of him telling me how I'm supposed to feel about certain issues that have happened in my life. I knew that I had all the symptoms of PTSD from the fire and most importantly losing my best friend which was my dog she was like a child and also she was there through really rough times in my life and died in the worst way possible. After having that argument with him I went to see him for four months after that in one day I walked in for an appointment like I've always done for years in the doctors wife told me I was no longer a patient of his. The office is run very poorly because they have A housewife who doesn't speak very good English and can't even use a computer. When she told me that I was no longer a patient of his I told her you have to let me know because I'm on medication that I can't just stop taking and had I stopped taking that medication I told her that she would be liable her husband the doctor would be liable for me because I never received any letter in the mail saying I was no longer a patient nor did I receive a phone call, you can't do that to patients that are relying on certain medications such as Suboxone like myself. I had gotten addicted to painkillers because I was passing at least 2 to 3 kidney stones a month and had chronic kidney pain and I blame the other doctor for giving me prescription after prescription of pain killers starting at a low-dose such as Vicodin and it went all the way up to OxyContin. I was completely naïve when it came to drugs never get involved in any of it but I thought since my doctor was giving it to me it was OK to take I didn't know that I would become addicted. Needless to say after I talked to Anna the doctors wife about her husband my doctor was liable for me she then said I could see him. I saw him a month after that and after that appointment I came in next month for my regular appointment and found out from a cop that he had seen this new doctor when I had no clue what had happened and he told me what happened. Everyone that says this doctor is a great doctor in listens to them and is so nice is so full of it. Because he hands out prescriptions like their candy. Everyone in the waiting room and I have talked to A few patients waiting and they all said the only reason we come here is because we get what we want. Meaning they tell the doctor what drugs they need and he writes a prescription for it. I knew what they were saying was true because I once did it to see if he would do it and he did. I found a new doctor after I found out that Dr.Walczyk was arrested by the feds and charged with defrauding the United States. With the college the degree that I have I've investigated myself I've observed a lot and I should've change doctors a long time ago but it was convenient because his office is right by my house. When I asked for my medical records they said they would charge me $1.00 per page but there's laws on how much you can charge. It was a battle for me just to get my records and they told me it would take just two weeks and to come back into weeks and she would have them copied. This doctor is no good and after getting my records he didn't even put down the rape or fire etc."
"Excellent doctor! If you really want help and show him some effort he will help you out, he will listen to you, he doesn't mess around with medications if you think your dr does that than maybe you should be a doctor instead, he is just adjusting your dosage as you go through the process untill he finds whats most comfortable and beneficial to you and your help! I have been making a 180 mile round trip to see him for more than two years and all I can say is God Bless Him! He didn't just help me, he saved my life! I went nuts when i heard he closed the office for a while and can't wait untill he is back, and even tho he had to leave ubruptly he made sure his patients were taken care of! He reffered me to the clinic that charges 300 per visit and they accepted to take me in as a new patient even tho they are full and are only charging me half of what they usual cost is! This man went well beyond to help his patients and make sure they are taken care of while hes gone!! Think im lyng? Just come to Rockford IL and find a Dr as good as him willing to take you in and help you !!!"
