"Wish I could give this place a negative review. We have had service with Republic ever since they took over Wamsley trash company. Never once been late on a bill. Always paid on time and in full. For the past 2 Fridays in a row, my trash has sat overflowing at my curb and has not been bothered to be picked up. This is not the first time this has happened in the years I've been with Republic.I made a call last Friday before 5:00, asking why it had not been picked up. Customer service told me it was because of hazardous weather conditions. Roads were not even bad at all. They didn't bother to send out an automated call or a text or anything stating they aren't picking up because of weather. So here it is another Friday, still not picked up. I call customer service again, I'm told they are on a 4 hour delay because something is wrong with their truck. They said it would get picked up no later than 6:00 pm Friday. That was yesterday and it's still not picked up. Definitely would not reccomend their service. No one seems to know what they are talking about or offers any real solutions. Tired of paying a bill to them when they don't even do their job."

"Trash has not been picked up. We called 3x and emailed as well. We were promised it would be picked up by 6pm on Tuesday it was not. We will be canceling our service as soon as possible. Our normal pickup is on a Thursday. You all had one job."

"Called and talked to a customer representative about hauling away a matress and them not picking up our trash for the last 2 weeks and she assured me they would be over to pick everything up. Got off work to see a full trash can and the old matress still or the curve. Charged extra on top of a pricey bill. They need to do right by there customers or it's time to switch to someone else."

"Charge fees without communicating the fee or why you got it, nor was I ever informed what would cause fees to be charged. Second star because, At least they actually pick my trash up - last garbage collector would just no-show for some reason."

"Very poor service as well as hours open 8-12pm then open 1-3:30pm when you call they will hang up on you/put you on hold or give you different numbers to call. Definitely stay away from the blue containers !!! Price goes up all the time without notice and not just a few dollars. Update: I replied with an email to Republican service their resolution was telling me that the issue has been resolved even though it wasn't due to the fact that I had to pay my own people with a truck to return my Benz and wait outside 45 minutes for the office to open so do not think that Republican service in their replies fixed anything"
