"I was actually receiving couple's counseling from Kenneth. Overall, he was an okay therapist, but there was one incident in particular where something serious was happening between my partner and I and he proceeded to laugh and take it as a joke. I wouldn't recommend and it put a bad taste in my mouth with respect to couple's counseling and unprofessional "professionals" as well!"

"The services that I received at m&m counseling llc were very unprofessional. Tichiya was late to my appointments almost every time, 5-6 minutes. Then one time she was 10 minutes late and I mentioned it to her but said if she was dealing with an emergency she would be late. However I don’t see how that’s the case every single time. There was one time that she was driving during my appointment but said that she was having WiFi issues, however I could hear her blinker and honking in the background. She continued to put the call on mute throughout the session. The final straw when I realized that I would not see her anymore was when she was texting during the middle of my session. Her phone rang, she did not answer it but proceeded to follow up with a text. She continued to engaged in a text conversation and her phone kept getting text notifications (it was not on silent) throughout the rest of the session."
