"I only put one star cuz it made me...Dr.Timothy Cullinane murdered me with depakote and geodone which I'm deathly allergic to. I told him I was having bad side effects and he then double dosed me and the rest was history. I was forced to take the medication by my mom. I took my meds, went to work and died on the job in Chicago ...I called out to the LORD himself and he saved me. I still have a broken nose I can't afford to fix from dying and falling on my face. Please put them out of business. He deserves the penalty. Take away all licenses and cease all assets for me. He absolutely doesn't care and he thinks GOD and my body is a joke... GOD help me and anyone who he mistreated and misdiagnosed and lives he's ruined. GODSPEED justice love peace and joy and healing and restore our rights"

"Useles Don’t waste your time or money. God forbid you’re stuck talking to condescending, pretentious “nurse” Mary. Save yourself the aggravation and just hang up before she screams at you (traumatizing) and hangs up. Extremely unprofessional ..add to it, she never stopped eating, chewing like a cow. She kept repeating herself and phone silence (making snacks no doubt) and had nerve to say she will charge me more for going over time. Her “help” was spewing info recommended by Oprah. WTH. Stay away"

"This place is a complete joke!!! The receptionist both of them (older lady and a younger lady) both always have the nastiest attitudes when it comes down to booking an apt/helping the “client/patient” ME to get my meds they are completely useless. Also I ran out of my meds, I even had my pharmacy fax over request for my medications 3-4 times and I witnessed them doing it, and Cullinane’s receptionist claimed they never received them…. Then to top it off they hung up on me twice…. I’m just a patient trying to refill my meds that I am currently out of. I just suffered a big loss in my family and this office has no compassion for what I’m going through. My mental health relies on these medications at the moment. And this is supposed to be a psychiatrist office to prescribe help for people. This office is a joke. I run a business and if my receptionists acted the way they do they would be fired in a heart beat!"

"I would give Dr. Cullinane at least 4 stars. It is unfortunate the office hands working for him goes together as far as a business as a whole. When you are hi anxiety especially social, you need someone you can count on to be considerate. I tried calling to make a payment but as many times they turn the answering service on up to a half hour early. This is very frequent. Other times I try to be polite but just get aggressive mood in return. I'm sure it's a high pace job with a lot of demand but the discomfort you get is the complete opposite of what someone like myself can handle. I'm a grown man with strong exterior. These are the few of people that have made me upset enough to tear up. They are sometimes nice as well. It's the not knowing that is worse. It keeps you unsure and at their mercy apologetic for things that you shouldn't be. If he had a new staff...it would be a good place. I just hate dealing with him as a doctor cause I have to deal with his assistants."

"Dr. C is very nice, easy to talk to, and actually listens to you and prescribes accordingly. He returns phone calls/ messages in a timely manner depending on importance. Staff is efficient in getting medications refilled. His schedule is full and sometimes hard to get an appointment but it's worth the wait!"
