"2023 Follow-up... My son is still battling depression and anxiety. He is now 20 and I can not make appointments for him. He called and left 2 messages ( cause no-one answers the phone when you call) about making an appointment. It had been 2 weeks and no call back, not to mention he will be out of meds soon in which she has him on like 4 meds. Communication, urgency and customer service are DEFINITELY NOT their strong suit. Have another son 18 that is under her care. Receptionist called to schedule an appointment with him and referred to him as a HER. Then a few months later we called and left 2 messages about interacting medications that he was starting a new drug and again no call back. Completely just blew my 2 son's off that are both dealing with depression and anxiety. No regard to their well-being, I guess they were just a paycheck to her. If my kids mattered we would of gotten a call back within 24 hours. We are now going on weeks. People fighting anxiety & mental issues especially young adults, who are so fragile deserve so much more than what they are given by her. 2022 I called the pharmacy on Thursday to refill my son's anxiety meds. Dr.Tayyab prescribed a 10 day refill. I called the office immediately to tell them that my insurance wouldn't cover a 10 day supply. The receptionist said I will try to get a hold of Dr. Tayyab. This was Friday. The pharmacy sent her a fax on Saturday still nothing. So now I have to pay out of pocket for the pills so my son has his meds. The receptionist said she wouldn't refill a 30 day cause she is concerned we wouldn't make our follow up appointment with her in 10 days. Seriously, my son is on 2 other meds that will need refilling at that time. Honestly, I believe she is all about the money and has no concern for my son's well being."

"Despite what people are saying here, I feel that Dr. Tayyab and the staff do care quite a lot about their work and the people they help. Dr. Tayyab has a somewhat stern demeanor at first glance but after knowing her as a patient for over 10 years, I realized this doesn't mean she doesn't care and that she's a much warmer person than she lets on. Her ability to track my mood over time while relating details that I brought up months prior without checking her notes says a lot by itself. When she asks me questions about work or relationships to gauge my mood, I can hear a noticeable hopefulness rooting for me in her voice. Honestly, the way I would go off my medication with no warning and basically go missing for over a year would annoy me to no end if I were in her shoes but every time I came back she would just pick up right where we left off like old friends do, me getting her up to speed on my life and her sternly and actively listening."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr Tayyab was the first psychiatrist I saw after being diagnosed with anxiety and depression. She immediately put me on 5 different medications. She put me on medications that were addictive and had me taking twice the normal dose. She had me on a medication for 2 years that has lasting brain damage if you take it for longer than 6 months. I have memory loss & my depression and anxiety got worse because of her. She should have her license taken away. Horrible horrible place. Run as far away from this office as you can!"

"I won't say anything regarding the legitimacy or quality of Tayyab. I'm only leaving this because the receptionists make this office awful. If you try to do anything over the phone it lacks any sense of urgency. It's not that they might not pick up It's that they simply won't. I think there should be some adjustment to that because it's extremely irritating to be billed $500 for a missed appointment when it obviously is not even including my insurance. All I ask is that I at least can be put on hold, but there isn't an option to be put on hold. You simply just get sent to voice-mail each time. I don't want to wait a day or 2 I need clarification immediately or as soon as possible. I feel like I'm simply an annoyance at this point to people who's job is to set these things up."

"Dr. Tayyab is a caring and compassionate physician. She always takes the time to ask questions and really listens to what my children are saying. We all make decisions together regarding any changes in treatment plans. She is genuinely interested in knowing us, has our best interest in mind and we never feel rushed. We highly recommend Dr. Tayyab!"
