"My children are 23 (fz graduate), 12 and 9. I have nothing but great things to say. Mid Rivers Elementary has caring, dedicated teachers who love my kids. They have learned academics as well as life skills through the Leader In Me program. DuBray Middle school teachers are helping my son gain confidence while learning. Our experience has only been positive all this time."

"Personally, I enjoy going to school here. I don't often see bullying happening around my school and the teachers are, for the most part, good. There is a great curriculum for more advanced students and those who aren't as well. I learn a lot being here."

"this is the worst district to ever put your children into. this is failure of a district. Teachers do not care about students enough to help them graduate. Nobody informs you of anything until it’s too late. Teachers talked about me when i didn’t go to school and said things to me when I did come in such as: “you really think she would show up today?” & “ look who decided to come today” when i was sick or taking care of my family when they were sick. So i left south and enrolled in ACE because of the teachers and had the option to walk if i finished Government and Personal Finance with ACE/MO OP. It was all supposed to work out but when the 3 ACE teachers never told me about this first deadline to finish so much by(edit: never told me how much cuz they never told me!) , the whole time since orientation they implied i had until ACE closed at the end of the year. I had no warnings or reminders about this deadline at the beginning, days leading up, or after the date passed (still don’t know when it was to this day). I wasn’t aware of this deadline exists until 2 weeks before my graduation and they took that from me after years of screwing me over at south high school. My mother was emailing with Nina Abercrombie for months and never said anything in an email leading up to the date or anything about it. This review is the only way anyway could my experience (only last 2 years of high school but they’ve done more) as an actual student of Fort Zumwalt since kindergarten. They deserve 0 stars. i know this won’t change anything or mean anything to anybody up in the district or at south or ace. I am not the first person they’ve done this too, they’ve let a student walk 2 credits short because he was the principals nephew but they won’t admit to that because they know it’s wrong and incredibly unfair. Thank You for taking away the ONE thing i wanted out of that school after years of doing me wrong, Im glad to no longer be associated with this school. (:"

"From my perspective, Fzm is a terrible school if you actually want your kids to learn. They pass basically every student even when the grades weren't earned. Student refuses one punishment, so they let the student pick how they're going to do it. They let them make up finals even when they were in OSS when they were given, so they can just shuffle them through."
