"Everyone there was inexperienced and did not know what bonded title was the fact that they asked of documentation and we provided ALL the documentation that they asked for just to be told we need a signature instead of being of assistance they were so happy that nothing had to be done on their end they questioned why we got a bonded title insurance thinking it was pointless just for them to be told if they knew how to do their job and actually read a title they would know why it was done 5 workers zero experience its upsetting that they were so easy to give up and not assist then to tell us the proper procedure even after going to several DMVs that had instructed us to do and take the steps we did I hate to make them work but it seems like that’s something they don’t want to do"
