"They take their sweet time when there are 4 workers and 1 customer. Wait longer than your actual appointment. They open very late. They open at 9am and still didn’t open until after 10am at this location. Last time I went I canceled their card and left them for U.S. bank and commerce bank. Also the other banks never gave me a fee except Bank of America. A $10 fee."
