"I tried to buy a PPG wing from this company beginning Oct. 2022. I paid in full ($4100 plus shipping) on Oct 2, 2022 and was told to expect the wing in 7 - 8 weeks. I communicated by email with FlyPPG on Nov 2, 2022, to discuss shipping, and that email was the last time I ever heard from FlyPPG. After 13 weeks past the order date, I emailed them to ask about the status of the order, but received no reply. After 14 weeks, I emailed again, asking for a time update and confirmation that the order was still in progress. I received no reply. So, I started calling FlyPPG and leaving voicemails. No reply. After multiple voicemails and emails, I found the US distributor for Dudek, the wing manufacturer. During my communications with the distributor between January and April 2023, the distributor told me that FlyPPG had never paid them for the wing I ordered, and so the distributor didn't ship it. The distributor also told me that the same thing had happened to at least three other people who tried to buy wings from FlyPPG: the customers paid for the wings but FlyPPG didn't pay the distributor after ordering them from the distributor. Also, the distributor said that FlyPPG hadn't even ordered one additional wing after the customer ordered it and paid FlyPPG. I repeat, to this day, I have not heard back from FlyPPG since Nov. 2, 2022. I never received the wing from FlyPPG and they never refunded any of the money I paid them. I had to file a credit card dispute to have the credit card company refund the money to my account, which fortunately was successful. I wish I had seen the previous similar reviews here last fall, before trying to order from this company. I would have gone elsewhere to order the wing."

"Mike and his whole staff were top notch teaching you in 6 days enough knowledge to give you the confidence to feel like you've been flying for months I'd recommend this to anyone no complaints here I'd send my kids if I could talk my wife into it I'd send her to flyyppg makes the whole experience feel like home"

"I wish I could give zero stars but not allowed. My husband and I took the training in April 2022. The training was good and we had a fabulous time. Teresa Mixer is the best. That's where the good ends. We were so excited we bought $31k worth of gear and were going to go back a month later for more training. We even picked our 2nd choices on wings because he said they were on back order and we wanted everything right away. Fast forward a couple of weeks and we had a situation where we could not go back for training so we asked to have the equipment shipped to us. We paid $800 in fedex shipping charges when we ordered the equipment because it was going to be shipped after our 2nd training. NO response from Mike for a month. I reached out to Teresa and she got Mike to respond but just for him to tell us he had been sick. Then it was long periods of silence until we threatened to dispute the charge with Amex. Then he tells us we have to pay $800 in shipping that we ALREADY PAID in APRIL. He was advertising a unit just like the one I ordered on his FaceBook page. I commented that I was still waiting for mine. He deleted the comment and blocked me. Such a professional. It's now October and we still don't have anything to show for the $31,955 that we paid from him in April. DO NOT BUY EQUIPMENT FROM THIS GUY."

"I did one of their training programs last year, and I have to say, I had a great time. Not only were the instructors very knowledgeable and helpful, they were very patient. I would highly recommend this place if you've ever wanted to learn how to fly a powered paraglider."
