"This guy is careless and it doesn't seem to bother him at all. Unfortunately for us, our previous tax man retired. Hoff did our taxes this year. First problem was when he was going to deny our QCD deductions. When we pointed out they were both 501 (c) 3 charitable organizations, his comment was, "I guess I should have read further". Today we got an email from him stating that the returns had been filed and the Fed refund would be direct deposited in our checking account. The next paragraph stated the Mo. refund would be mailed to us. WHAT?????????? We have never had our refunds mailed; that only gives the government more time to delay the refund. Add the wretched US mail service and we will be lucky to get our refund by Christmas. Thank God there are plenty of tax preparers; we chose the wrong one."
