"I am delighted to share my positive experience about Plum Tree Psychology, where my son has been receiving exceptional care for many months. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The entire staff demonstrates a genuine commitment to the well-being of my son. Dr. Green has been instrumental in guiding my son through challenging moments with empathy and an evident passion for helping him navigate his emotions. This practice seems to place emphasis on creating a safe and trusting environment. All of our interactions, from the front desk to Dr. Green, have been a positive and reassuring experience for my family. From the start, the front office was responsive to our inquiry and we had our first appointment within 3 weeks of our first email. I am truly grateful for Plum Tree and their dedication to the well-being of my son. Highly recommend!"
"I have thought a lot about whether or not to post a review and after much consideration, I believe it is the correct thing to do. We are extremely disappointed how this office/our provider handled her transition to taking clients off her caseload. We understand life changes and have previously had changes with other offices. Those changes at other offices were handled with private conversations between therapist/parent only and well thought out planning. The provider at this office chose to have conversations in front of my young child, not provide clear transparent communication or check into details with her recommendations that would have been important to this process. Instead of taking accountability for the mistakes made in this process, the provider chose to “apologize for a miscommunication” utilizing untrue information that I supposedly provided that didn’t make sense at all. There were other experiences we had throughout our time at this office that my husband and I felt were “red flags” but we chose to continue at the office because our child was comfortable with her provider. I think after reflecting on our overall experience, it is our impression that the office has gotten away from the child centered focus that originally drew us to their office in the first place."
