"I wish 0 stars was an option, over the last 10 years when I work in their neighborhood I just happen to find my stolen tools at their store. After arguing (years ago) I got one ladder back. Today I called as all my power tools where stolen, I don’t have the correct info on my tools for them to do anything and they won’t let me know if the three exact items come in their door. Not who brought them just if they get them. Protecting thieves because that’s their main business. Screw this place, they wanted more than I payed for my stolen ladder back in 2009-2010 era. They aren’t trust worthy whatsoever. Scammers and thieves."

"They “lost” my item! I pawned my brand new laptop and went to get it and no one can find it! How does that even happen? There’s nothing in their computer systems saying that it was sold or picked up but they don’t have it. They’re not even trying to offer a solution. Just a “sorry this has never happened before”. Yea I’m sure it hasn’t.. I’ve never had a problem at any other pawn shop. I will not be going back to Bel aire pawn ever. And I do not recommend anyone going there. I will tell everyone I know about this"
