"Good prices. Better than Amazon. Terrible customer service. Owner will accuse you of stealing and has a dog in store that will bite people near it. Will not shop again or recommend it to anyone."
"I absolutely love this shop! Quality instruments, and a really well curated selection of pedals and amplifiers for beginners and more experienced and discerning players. Staff isexperienced, friendly and happy to let customers try gear without hovering or getting impatient. I make this a stop on my self-care Saturdays."
"For a while i shifted my purchases of strings and other guitar gear online. Thought i was saving money...but in reality, perhaps just a buck or two. These guys prices are fair, the service is impeccable and it's a local shop that could rival the service of most shops in larger cities. I went in yesterday in search of some knobs for my amp. They we willing to show me what they had, discuss other options and didn't try to up-sell. Good service is so important...more important that saving a buck or two. If you're in the market for instruments, gear, live sound or lessons, this is the place to go."
"My cousin likes to visit this store when she is visiting her dad (he was actually my Uncle Larry first). She's an actual professional musician. Yeah like the kind found playing in real bands. Okay well I really enjoyed checking things out and got this beauty on my first visit. Yes I will be back for they have a semi-hollow Ibanez that would match this one nicely. I would recommend you stop in for yourself. If you don't play music, I would guess that you like some type of music and that's no problem. I seen the sign on the door says they offer music lessons. And then if you get a guitar and find that it's not your thing. You can unload your slightly used instrument to them so they can sell it to me at a fraction of new price. If you happen to need help choosing a guitar, I can meet you there."
"Music stores can often be rather intimidating for some, but here that is easy to put aside. The staff is all very nice and personable. I took bass lessons there for a good while, and everyone I interacted with was super knowledgeable, as well as frankly just being fun people."
