"Kinetic and KLM. Unfortunately, my experience working with them in the warehouse was far from satisfactory. One major concern is their practice of breaking seals to consolidate loads. This raises safety issues, as they mix perishable products with hazardous materials in the same trailers. Such a lack of care and attention to proper handling can have serious consequences. Furthermore, the way they dealt with the load management was chaotic and disorganized. This created unnecessary stress and challenges for the employees working in the warehouse. Additionally, the treatment of drivers was inadequate, which is highly detrimental to their morale and overall job satisfaction. Another problem was the company's tendency to hold back payments from everyone. "If you do any damage to trucks or trailers here they will triple charge you for the repairs. The owner doesn’t care he will charge his own father and previously fired his own father. All the workers including recruiting department are trained by the owner Viktor to do whatever he says. They work overseas and overwork so much for a little pay. Not to mention he rents and has outside trucking companies and cross docking warehouses where they temper with loads and use rail bnsf to addmore freight to trailer and double stack for more money. If they owe you money all you gotta do is take pictures of all the illegal activities they are doing and report to insurance company which is in your folder email pictures contact brokers and warehouses shipping and receiving. You guys know exactly what is happening and are accepting this type of activities that’s why the pay is good. We are planning to stop this activities this coming year. All brokers warehouses will be notified this year. This guy deserves it he is not a very nice person has stolen money from drivers for years."
