"I am no longer a employee for Efficient Trucking but I was employed in the office for over 10 years doing payroll and paperwork so I feel the urge to respond to a unjust rating that was left. “David Martinez” you were never a employee of Efficient Trucking, if you were then you’d know how they work. They pay from start time @ job site to finish time, as do most dump truck companies. They are proud to offer drivers with medical insurance of their choice, They have different plans to choose from, so your information is incorrect. As far as Preload’s go they always pay every load whether it be a preload or not, so once again that information that you have given is incorrect. They are a growing company and have been in business for over 18 years so yes lots of family members have been employed for efficient for many years but the top drivers that have been around for well over 10 years are not all family members. Most drivers first language is Spanish, we don’t discriminate anyone. Anyone who had any issue had the door open for communication so yes they can defend themselves if there was problem. “David” it is unfair that you leave a rating like this when you were never a employee. If you were you should leave your real name and we would have been happy to address and clarify any of your concerns."
