"I am a local intermodal truck driver for Innovative. I have only been here for 2 months, but from what I can see this is a great company. I’ll be sure to update this as time goes on. I really can not think of one complaint. Although I’m not your typical driver that whines about everything. I’ve been in the management, and customer service side of the transportation industry so I know most of what can go wrong, so I typically try not to let it bother me. The staff here so far is great. The owner Ray is a very down to earth guy and easy to talk to. Kelly from dispatch is amazing. She really knows how to maximize your time spent in the truck, and she is always sure to give positive feedback when she sees you’re trying your best. It’s hard to find that these days. Looking forward to many years here. Getting ready to buy my first truck and sign on with them after a lifetime of just being a company driver. Really looking forward to being an owner-operator."
