"Answered the call very fast and gave me all necessary information"
"Truck booked a load to deliver the next day at 1000. Their truck checked in at 2 in the afternoon and was loaded in an hour then their driver drove 160 miles and shut down. We had to reschedule our delivery appt for a day later got charged for it. Truck called in harassing brokers and cussing them out because they said "it was unfair" and we "dont know DOT rules" when they could have simply not taken the load if they couldn't get it done."
"One of the best carriers I had a pleasure to work with so far! Very reliable crew who is willing to help you at anytime! 5 stars is the only fair rating! Keep doing great job guys!"
"Very reliable carrier, never had any problems. Strongly recommend!"
"It's very unfortunate this carrier's personnel doesn't take responsibility for their misunderstandings. This load was posted several different ways. Initially posted as a partial early on. We covered with a different carrier and learned they couldn't load a straight truck bc of the 20k # forklift needed to load the 10 ft mast. We had to turn him around and took care of that carrier. We reposted for a VAN and every person asked if they could load a ST, we explained numerous times why we couldn't. when this carrier called, they only wanted to load Monday. Which was fine, I explained to Martin that it had to be a 48 or 53 ft dry van. That the shipper couldn't load a single axle ST. Martin confirmed and I dispatched him and sent rate confirmation for Monday. He rang me first thing Monday and said the shipper wouldn't load him. I asked if he sent a 48 / 53 dry van. He confirmed a 48. I called the shipper and they said there was a single axle straight truck there. When I called this carrier back they at first acted like they were confused by the ST being there and then immediately tried to ask for recorded calls and saying it was posted a different way. We have confirmation with their signature for Monday pick up for a dry van with wood floors. Yes the mast they were to pick up was 10ft. However it was 150 mile run and needed to be at least a 48 to accommodate the shippers forklift. This company clearly practices deceptively. They tried to pull a post from a day that wasn't even the one they called inquiring on. It's unfortunate bc it causes companies like us with several direct customers to be extremely picky and some good carriers probably miss out bc of bad eggs like these guys. With the attached picture this is 1 of many I've found."
